THE SABLE HILLS ECO PARK LIFESTYLE
Many kilometers of gravel roads have already been built, enabling owners and visitors to move around and enjoy the exquisite landscape and wildlife. Individually designed lookout-points have been erected, which offer stunning panoramas, with picture-perfect views of range after range of mountains, receding in the far distance.
Owners can relax on the veranda of their homes, sipping a favorite drink, and watching a huge kudu bull step slowly out of the bushes right in front of them, or they can take a slow walk or drive down to the river to spot crocodiles or encounter the beautiful, but shy bushbuck emerging out of the shadows for a drink. For bird lovers, attempting to spot and discover some new species is always a possibility.
Residents can enjoy water sports in the morning, fly-fishing in the afternoon, or take a sundowner cruise on the pristine waters of the Mokolo Dam, one of the largest dams in the Northern Province, with access less than 10 minutes away. The estate provides a scenic backdrop for avid walkers, joggers or mountain bikers to explore using existing roads, or for the keen adventurer, a trek off the beaten track.
