The design and planning of each dwelling can be undertaken by your personal architect or you can make use of the team of Sable Hills architects.

Builders and contractors are available in the area and the supply and delivery of building material,fixtures and fittings are readily available to clients.

Eskom electricity and water are supplied to all stands on Sable Hills Eco Park and monthly statements reflecting each individual stand's usage, will be issued, as the Home Owners Association is the registered Services Provider for both.
