Prospective buyers need to follow the following procedure to aquire a stand. After a site visit and and having had your senses overloaded by the beauty of this piece of Africa, all one needs to do is to decide on which stand to build his/her dream home on. Although this sounds straight forward, we have seen prospective buyers go into mental paralyses as they have to decide between the unreal and mind-blowing views available.



Your nominated stand can be purchased by means of cash or an approved bond.

A 10% deposit and a signed Agreement will ensure that the chosen stand will be exclusively reserved for a 30 day period in order to complete the bond application, or have an Irrevocable Letter of Credit issued.

The purchase price for a stand include agents commission, VAT and transfer costs.

Viewing appointments require a minimum of four hours to get a proper perspective of what is on offer on Sable Hills. Guests can spend the night at one of the many neighbouring lodges and further explore Sable Hills and all of its treasures over a weekend or several day visits.
