There are certain Arcitectural Guidelines for this Development which form part of the Agreement of Sale.

There is No time frame in which to build your dream home in, this can be done at your discretion.

The design and planning of each dwelling can be undertaken by your personal architect or you can make use of the team of Sable Hills architects.

Builders and contractors are available in the area and the supply and delivery of building material,fixtures and fittings are readily available to clients.

Eskom electricity and water are supplied to all stands on Sable Hills Eco Park and monthly statements reflecting each individual stand's usage,
will be issued,as the Home Owners Association is the registered Services Provider for both.

Have your architect design your dream home and choose your ideal view. 
Design & Construction can be done by your own team,or choose a Design
Package which will include all and be setup for you.You will choose your
own fixtures and choices for your new home!

We also offer Design Packages which can be fully furnished by Interior
Designers and included in your sale!
